Lovrecina Cove

The lovely deep cove of Lovrecina with it's spacious sandy beach which stretches 100 meters into the sea has been a popular holiday resort since time immemorial, as indicate by the remains of a luxurious Roman villa and it's outbuildings. There is also a large Early Christian archeological site (6th century) which includes a cruciform baptismal font and three sarcophagi.
