All the shares it's possible to pay in two rates, 40% by reservation and rest when you take accommodation.
When you make 40% of payment in advance you will get these information:

1. Name, address and telephone number of leaser (name of the accommodation);
2. Address of the building;
3. Number of guests by reservation;
4. Dates of arrival and departure, amount of sojourn tax (which is mostly included and depends of accommodation).
